How To Cross Verify Marketing Channel through Data Feed

Sometime to troubleshoot matching the report data of marketing channel become necessary with the hit data so for the perfect analysis we have to follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Pull following column through data feed:

• exclude_hit

• va_closer_detail

• va_closer_id

• va_detail

• va_finder_detail

• va_finder_id

• va_instance_event

• va_master_id

• va_new_engagement

Step 2: Apply filter on column exclude_hit=0

Step 3: Apply filter on column va_new_engagement=1

Step 4: Apply filter on column va_closer_id=channel ID

To get Channel ID, you have to check the marketing channel setup under report suite settings as shown below:

With these columns generate the raw report and compare the data with workspace reports or any other BI tool.

Notice: Under ideal scenario the count should match to reports.
